Increasingly, the question is not "What can SugarCRM do?" but "What can't SugarCRM do?".
The benefit of a global community of software developers contributing code to the core product means that as time passes, for every problem, there is an increased likelihood of a solution existing.
So, there are great contributions for delivering SugarCRM is small form factor to a mobile device such as a Blackberry or other smart phone, contributions that deliver solutions to Quotations, Contracts and Products requirements. There are customisable integrations between SugarCRM and a myriad of third party products including Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes.
