SugarCRM Referral Partner Program
The Referral Partner Program is designed enable companies whose
clients would like a SugarCRM implementation to benefit from the services
of SalesAgility and guarantee an income stream to the referring
partner. Typically you will be an ISV or VAR without CRM knowledge but
with customers who need a world-class CRM and the services that
accompany it.
Partners in the Referral Program refer their customers to SalesAgility and we deliver SugarCRM implementation, customisation, hosting and support services directly to the customer. We will pay a "finders fee" based on the value of the project. Finders fees are typically in the region of 15-25%.There are two types of SugarCRM Partner Programs:
SalesAgility SugarCRM Referral Partner Program
SalesAgility takes responsibility for all implementation issues and
forms a relationship directly with the customer. The Program Partner
receives a commission based on all project revenue. SalesAgility hosts the solution and provides support services to the customer.
The
Referral Program guarantees Program Partners commission from any customers
referred to SalesAgility according to the following table:

SalesAgility SugarCRM Own-Brand Reseller Program
Partners in the Own-Brand Reseller Program contract SalesAgility's services as a SugarCRM implementation and customisation specialist. Typically an Own-Brand Reseller will deliver hosting and support services to their customer. SalesAgility works with the Own-Brand Reseller as white-labelled consultants ie as members of your staff. SalesAgility does not contract with their partner’s customer. The relationship remains the property of the Own-Brand Reseller.
SalesAgility will deliver a fixed price for all Own-Brand reseller services enabling the Partner to mark up the SalesAgility price and make a profit on the implementation. Typically these services include software development, customisation, consultancy and training.
