The most talked about changes are in the links to social networking sites (for the Community Edition there is only one link - to LinkedIn - but others can be built). You can see this feature in the Contacts module in this demonstration. However, the real power is in the system administration with a considerably beefed up Module Builder and Studio.
The demonstration site is an "out of the box" installation with no customisations and no tailoring performed. As you browse the application, it is worth remembering that most fields can be removed or changed and a huge variety of new fields can be added, and the application can be customised to show your users as many or as few modules as they need.
