Forking SugarCRM

SugarCRM Community Edition has no future under the stewardship of SugarCRM.
SugarCRM Community Edition is a wonderful framework with an ecosystem of extensions and a community of developers.
SugarCRM Community Edition needs to move out of the control of SugarCRM in order to grow and prosper.
SugarCRM Community Edition needs to fork.
