Training and Bootcamp
Training is one of the key areas where a CRM’s implementation can fail to deliver. If people don’t know what they are doing and don’t receive adequate training then the system will never be successful. Therefore training is such a vital component of any CRM implementation.
Training not only lets people see the features and benefits of the system, our training helps motivate the work force by giving them the tools and confidence to fully utilise the CRM system. We clearly illustrate to them how this will positively impact on their working day.
Training can be delivered in a number of formats:-
On site training:
We will deliver the training at premises of your choice
We will deliver a bespoke training program over the web as if we were in the room with you. (fully interactive)
We can also create a number of illustration videos based on your system and how to use it. This can be utilised at your own leisure. (passive interaction)
We can also produce a bespoke user guide which is designed specifically for your system.
There is no one size fits all approach with our approach to training. Each session is based entirely on your software and the profile of your users. It is designed with your business in mind and covers all aspects of your CRM and provides everyone with the necessary tools to use it to its full potential.
We also have BOOT Camp’s available which is a rapid and intensive consulting process which can include train the trainer programs, end-user training or just an intense bespoke blended approach. Boot camp training is there to get you up and running as quickly and effectively as possible.
Boot camp usually take the form of 2 intense days of training.
